The Just Be Card Project

The world that often feels disconnected, the Just Be Card Project offers a tangible piece of kindness, reminding recipients they are seen, valued, and encouraged, especially during difficult times.

My husband and I aim to spread messages of self-acceptance, well-being, personal growth, and community.

A card is a conscious choice.

It requires thought, effort, and intention.  It says, "I stopped what I was doing, and I focused entirely on you." This is the heart and soul of the Just Be by Jaycee Card Project. I wanted to bottle that feeling—the feeling of opening a mailbox and finding unexpected sunshine, the feeling of holding tangible proof that you matter—and send it back out into the world.

This project was born from a deep-seated belief in the power of a simple card to change someone's day, to lift their spirits, and to remind them of their own worth.With every card we send, the mission is to deliver more than just a greeting. We aim to send a wave of love and encouragement and provide that tangible evidence that someone is loved, seen, heard, and understood.

 

"I still have a special box filled with many of those cards and letters. Years later, they remain cherished pieces to me. Opening that box is like opening a time capsule of compassion. I can still feel the warmth they brought me, the strength they gave me. They are a lasting testament to the fact that someone took a moment out of their busy day to perform a small, deliberate act of kindness for my sake."

How It Works

  3. We do the rest! Jaycee and Adam will craft and send a beautiful card, designed to align with the "Just Be by Jaycee" aesthetic, directly to their doorstep.

Our Commitment 

  • Free: There is no cost to request or receive a card.

  • Confidential: All recipient information is kept private.

  • Heartfelt: Each card is written with genuine care and a desire to uplift.

I genuinely wish we could send an unlimited number of cards, but due to our current financial resources and the time commitment involved I am thoughtfully limiting ourselves to sending up to 20 cards per month.

Important Disclaimer

  1. Please be aware that while we strive to maintain the confidentiality of our card senders, we are legally obligated to disclose sender and requestor information if directly requested by the card recipient. 

  2. Additionally, our cards are a gesture of kindness and connection, and no merchandise is included with them. Under federal law, recipients of unsolicited merchandise (items not previously purchased or requested) are generally under no obligation to pay for such items and may keep them. 

  3. This project is entirely free, and the person requesting this card for the recipient understands that there is absolutely no expectation or obligation for payment from the recipient for any card received through our service.

Our cards carry messages of self-acceptance, well-being, and encouragement, designed to remind the recipient that they are "enough" and cherished.

Please note that at this time we are only able to send cards to those who are 18 years or older.
